Jarvis M. Watson, Ed.D. (he/him/his)

Dr. Watson is a change agent for diversity, equity and inclusion. For over 18 years, he has dedicated his time, expertise and creativity toward programs and initiatives for access, awareness and opportunity. Currently, Dr. Watson serves as the inaugural Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at School of Visual Arts.

Andrew Castrucci (he/him/his)

Castrucci, an artist, educator and housing activist, is inspired by his New York City surroundings. In 1986, Castrucci co-founded Bullet Space, an urban artist collaborative, which included a print shop. Castrucci co-published Your House is Mine, a book and poster project, named by Marvin Taylor (Fales Library) and Ian Kahn, one of the most important artist’s book editions of the 20th century.

Nadia Coen (she/her/hers)

Coen is a multidisciplinary artist who, through an ongoing series of multimedia projects called The Inclining Experiment, creates project-based installations, books, printed matter and ephemera. Coen spearheaded several significant projects under collectives Anti-Utopia and Bullet Space. She co-curated and conceptualized the seminal limited-edition book and street project, Your House is Mine.

Marianna Olinger (she/her/they/them)

Olinger is a Brazilian interdisciplinary artist, researcher and human rights activist. Her practice spans art, writing, design and performance, often in collaboration with other artists, social movements and community organizations. Olinger has worked closely with over two dozen organizations, governments and international agencies on human and humanitarian rights.

Sloan Leo (they/he)

Leo is an artist and the Founder/CEO of FLOX Studio Inc. FLOX Studio is a community design and strategy studio that works with curious optimists who are committed to getting things done. Prior to founding FLOX Studio, Sloan Leo spent 15 years leading non-profit staff and volunteer teams at the Environmental Defense Fund, The Trust for Public Land and other organizations at the intersection of community, justice and design.

Valerie Smaldone (she/her/hers)

Smaldone is an award-winning radio personality; voiceover talent; host; and television and stage actress from New York. Smaldone is currently producing a film to be released in late 2022 in addition to a new play that is headed to Broadway next spring. She also produces and hosts virtual and live events for Healing Hotels of the World, a global hospitality brand based in Germany.
