Earlier this summer, the BFA Visual & Critical Studies program announced the recipients of two residencies for the upcoming academic year.

First, Malena Del Pino (BFA 2024 VCS) has been awarded this year’s scholarship to the Leipzig Residency Program for 2025. Malena’s application was selected by a jury of VCS faculty from a pool of highly talented seniors. The residency covers room and tuition for six months at the Leipzig International Art Programme (LIA), a studio program at the Spinnerei, a creative work space that was once a cotton factory in Leipzig, Germany.
