In recent months, many New York City museums have begun reopening, offering art lovers the opportunity to again experience their world-class collections and exhibitions. As a benefit to students, faculty and staff, SVA maintains memberships at various New York City museums. Active but soon-to-expire memberships currently include the New Museum of Contemporary Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Brooklyn Museum. Peter Saul: Crime and Punishment

Marking Peter Saul's first New York museum survey, this exhibit will bring together approximately 60 paintings from across his lengthy career.

Studio 54: Night Magic

Brooklyn Museum, 200 Eastern Parkway

This exhibition traces the history, social politics, and unique aesthetics of Studio 54, the most iconic nightclub of all time. Studio 54: Night Magic uses a range of media, from photography to fashion, to place the nightclub within the broader history of New York.
