Shubhashish Bhutiani's (BFA 2013 Film and Video) debut feature film, Mukti Bhawan (Hotel Salvation) (watch a trailer below), is premiering at the 2016 Venice Film Festival on Friday, September 2. From Red Carpet Moving Pictures: “Faced with his father's untimely and bizarre demand to go and die in the holy city of Varanasi and attain Salvation, a son is left with no choice but to embark on this journey.” The film was was developed through the Biennale College, which provides a team of expert advisors who work with chosen filmmakers through a series a workshops.
