Excelling in two distinct disciplines in advertising-writing and art direction-is a challenge that creatives often face. This course is designed to bridge that gap by empowering you to embrace AI as a creative partner in developing integrated advertising concepts. Whether you're an art director seeking stronger copy or a copywriter looking for more compelling visual solutions, you'll be guided in leveraging AI to strengthen your skills and elevate your portfolio. Through three consumer advertising briefs, you'll develop multichannel campaigns that navigate the complexities of today's omnichannel communication landscape. Beyond concept development, you'll learn to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone while tailoring content to the unique demands of diverse channels-from social media and digital platforms to traditional advertising outlets. We'll explore and compare leading AI generators, including ChatGPT and Claude for language; Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and DALL-E for image generation. By the end of the course, you will have the tools and creative strategies to develop fully integrated campaigns with the support of AI-making your portfolio more dynamic, multidimensional and primed for the ever-evolving advertising world.
