They must take into account the practical consideration of different spaces as well as aesthetic concerns of light, color and materials. They must also adeptly handle clients, understand their needs and expectations, and be able to communicate the best solutions.

A successful interior designer will therefore need both sides of their brain to combine logic and aesthetics to create functional and beautiful spaces.
