It’s early October, so New Yorkers are donning their best cosplay makeup and outfits and gearing up for the largest annual event on the East Coast devoted to comics, media, and publishing: Comic Con is returning to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Thursday, October 5, through Sunday, October 8, and SVA will be there to showcase work from its talented students and alumni.
Thousands of artists, fans and collectors attend New York Comic Con each fall, making the convention a great chance to network, meet renowned and up-and-coming artists and writers and gain exposure for one’s own practice.
