i3 Photo Lecture: Jaime Permuth
Jaime Permuth (MPS 2009 Digital Photography; MFA 1994 Photography and Related Media) is a Guatemalan photographer living and working in Seoul, Korea. In 2017, his series “YONKEROS” received solo exhibitions at the New England School of Photography and at the Center for Photography Woodstock. His photographs have been shown at several venues in New York City, including The Museum of Modern Art, The Queens Museum of Art, The Bronx Museum of the Arts, The Museum of the City of New York, The Jewish Museum, El Museo del Barrio and The Brooklyn Museum of Art.
The i3: Images, Ideas, Inspiration lecture series features leading photographers and artists, hardware and software developers, and industry experts. This fall, the lecture series is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with the department’s founding Chair Katrin Eismann returning as guest curator and host. Presented by MPS Digital Photography.
