Suzanne Stein is a street and documentary photographer currently based in New York City. She is a devoted social realist photographer and has photographed extensively in downtown Los Angeles and Skid Row as well as New York City and Paris. Her work is a combination of street photography, reportage, documentary and fine art that’s not easily categorized. Her images of life are at times rough and raw, at others sentimental and painterly. She is constantly pushing her limits and loves creative change and challenging work environments.

The i3: Images, Ideas, Inspiration lecture series features leading photographers and artists, hardware and software developers, and industry experts. This fall, the lecture series is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with the department's founding Chair Katrin Eismann returning as guest curator and host. Presented by MPS Digital Photography.
