The subject matter of my artwork focuses on viewing familiar things around us in a unique perspective that allow us to experience the world in a completely new way.
Specifically, I try to express the idea that we can completely change the function of ordinary objects when we make them become larger than life. For example, I can take even the tiniest objects as being part of a space I would enjoy spending time.
When I use my imagination to make these objects become larger than life, I can enjoy my whole day hanging out on a giant tea cup or eating a giant strawberry cake. I can even take a morning stroll around my flower pots and enjoy a wonderful picnic. In this way, through my artworks, I kindly invite the viewers into my world.
