Siobhan Duggan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from State University of New York at Purchase and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She taught in public and private schools in New York for 10 years. Siobhan was the recipient of an Individual Artist Fellowship from the Delaware Division of Arts in the category Emerging Artist: Works on Paper. She was a 2017 grant recipient for her project "Drawing in Plein Sight" supported in part, by the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. Siobhan was a partner at Create! Studio for the Arts where she taught art classes and camps. She is also involved with various community events including an ongoing collaboration with Lewes in Bloom in their Children's Learning Garden.
