The photographs in [me, you) explore and challenge the personal and social boundaries that restrict us. Often self-imposed, these boundaries provide us with a sense of security — but also limit our experiential possibilities. This project’s still life images combine familiar objects from daily life with fragments of mirrors and mylar that incorporate the viewers’ reflection into the image, asking them to ponder their own behavioral and ideological boundaries.
