Painter and former architect, Linda Streicher investigates the way space can be portrayed and felt through the painted plane. Through many angular studies on paper, she then creates large site-specific paintings intended to optically intervene with a sense of architectural space before you. Drawing from painting history such as Giorgio De Chirico, the linear and sequential style of her work propose new spatial territories.
