Event
National Graduate Portfolio Day, San Francisco, CA

What to prepare
The SVA portfolio review is a great opportunity to receive helpful feedback on your work before you submit your official portfolio submission with your graduate application. Please take digital photos of any physical pieces and gather 10-15 images into a multipage PDF in preparation for the event. We recommend showing us recent work or pieces that you feel best represent your technical and creative ability. Even if you don’t feel like you have a full portfolio of work to show, you can still meet to ask questions and get info on MFA Design for Social Innovation and SVA.
Meet Miya Osaki, designer, educator, and chair of MFA Design for Social Innovation in San Francisco, CA, at a California College of the Arts National Graduate Portfolio Day event.
Share your portfolio and get feedback. Ask questions. Discuss the health, care, and well-being of our communities and systems—and your interest in making a difference in the world.
MFA Design for Social Innovation is a graduate program that focuses on how design can offer pathways that shift us toward healthy, equitable systems. How can we care more and grow our capacities for change?
Get a head start on your application today. The priority deadline is January 15, 2025. Learn more and apply here.
