New Talent ’21
School of Visual Arts (SVA) presents “New Talent ’21,” an invitational exhibition of multidisciplinary artworks by newly admitted students to SVA. Organized in coordination with SVA Admissions, this online exhibition is curated by SVA Galleries and will be on view from Tuesday, April 6, through Tuesday, May 4, at galleries.sva.edu.
“New Talent ’21” is SVA’s first-ever exhibition for students who have been recently accepted to the College. Its purpose is to introduce these aspiring artists to SVA’s long tradition of holding professional-quality exhibitions for its students, demonstrating the variety of talent students can expect to find among their peers at SVA and the importance that the College places on showing their work. Exhibiting is an integral part of learning at SVA.
SVA’s 2021 Accepted Students Day—which offers accepted students the opportunity to connect directly with the College’s faculty, staff and current students—will take place virtually on Saturday, April 10. Learn more and register at sva.edu/asd.
