Information Session
RisoLAB Continuing Education Information Session
Curious about Risograph printing? Looking for training and access in New York City? Continuing Education at the School of Visual Arts presents an information session on RisoLAB summer course offerings hosted by RisoLAB co-founder Panayiotis Terzis (MFA 2015 Fine Arts; BFA 2006 Illustration). Faculty members will discuss their courses and share some of their work. Attendees will have a chance to ask questions about the facility and equipment as well as any other Risograph-focused inquiries.
The SVA RisoLAB was founded in 2015 by MFA Visual Narrative Chair Nathan Fox (MFA 2002 Illustration as Visual Essay) and printmaker Terzis as the first dedicated educational Risograph space in New York City. Since then, the SVA RisoLab has become a leading and influential space for Risograph-based independent publishing and experimental print production for artists from all creative disciplines. The lab offers a range of undergraduate and graduate classes, as well as an artist in residence program and continuing education courses that are open to the public.
