This is a series of monochromatic illustrations based on my interpretation of “The Circular Ruins” by Jorge Luis Borges. I wanted to convey the characters and events in a decorative and theatrical manner while tying in biblical and symbolic imagery of creation. The images are digitally composed ink drawings and handmade textures.
