BFA Fine Arts faculty member Dáreece Walker’s (MFA 2016 Fine Arts) painting is included in the projection “SAY THEIR NAMES” on the facade of the The Public Theater in New York City. Curated by Garlia Cornelia Jones and designed by Lucy Mackinnon, the projection, on view nightly from 5:00pm - 12:00am ET, through December 5, honors the names of over 2,000 Black lives murdered at the hands of police and features artwork by 10 visual artists.
