International students participating in the English & Visual Arts [EVA] (formerly ESL)/Studio Program are eligible for summer housing at the 24th Street Residence. After the students have paid their housing deposit and placement fee and are enrolled in the EVA/Studio Program, they will be administratively assigned to housing for the summer in a shared room in the 24th Street Residence. 

They will also receive email communication from the Residence Life Office regarding their housing assignment and completing the application for fall housing. EVA Students who have a fall housing reservation will remain in their summer housing rooms until their fall rooms are ready.

The 24th Street Residence is a brand new state-of-the-art Residence Hall which opened for its first summer occupancy in summer 2017. The 24th Street Residence offers double, small double and triple rooms (built around the "micro-apartment" architectural concept. All rooms are shared occupancy (2-people in a double room) for double rooms and (3-people in a triple room) for triple rooms. Rooms range in size designation based on square footage, ranging from approximately 300 to 400 square feet. The 24th Street Residence is located conveniently in the Gramercy Park area of Manhattan and is central to mass transit and a host of New York City amenities.
