The rooms are adjoined together by a shared bathroom, single-to-single or single-to-double, making them suite-style rooms. Double rooms have lofted beds to accommodate a larger living area for the residents. Single rooms’ beds are not lofted. Single rooms are on average 8 x 10′, and double rooms are on average 16 x 20′.

The Ludlow Residence was built in 2009. It is comprised of 259 single and 47 double rooms, and houses more than 350 students.
