Blog #5 includes Part 3 of the NYC as Your Campus series, important resources from our Information Technology (IT) team at SVA, and an introduction to the SVA Galleries.

NYC As Your Campus: Part 3

Part 3 of the NYC as Your Campus series focuses on moving around NYC and acclimating to life in the Big Apple. Lern about how to navigate buses and subways, and other notable elements that will make your feel like a New Yorker in no time. As a reminder, Part 1 is included in Blog #1 and Part 2 is included in Blog #3.

Technology @ SVA

The Technology Services team at SVA provides important resources that support the SVA educational experience. In this video, their team discusses information relating to software & hardware, connectivity for personal devices, accessing computer labs for general use, printing, privacy & protecting against malware and phishing, and more.

SVA Galleries

The SVA Galleries includes three main locations within the SVA campus: Chelsea Gallery, Flatiron Gallery, and Gramercy Gallery. We also encourage you to check out the SVA Galleries student juried exhibitions program, including their Call for Entries opportunities; information about how to apply is usually promoted through SVA Today emails. Learn more about their team, opportunities for students and exhibitions through this video.
